RETURNS

  • Product purchased on SALE will not be eligible for Return.
  • If you have been delivered the wrong product erroneously, you may return the Product within 10 (ten) days of the date of delivery.
  • The product will not be eligible for a refund if the product is returned without the price tag labels and original packaging.

     THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN UNDER THE BELOW CONDITIONS.

  • If the Product has been damaged;
  • If there is a change in quality, quantity or any other characteristic of the Product;
  • If the Product has been altered;
  • If the Product has been purchased in a sale;
  • If the Product has been washed, used, spoilt, or worn
  • In case a product is received by you in a damaged condition, you shall be required to inform us regarding the receipt of such damaged product within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the product along with photographs of the damage, failing to do so may lead to rejection of your claim

FURTHER

  • Upon the receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect and notify if the returned Product is approved for a return. 
  • Any returns received, which do not comply with this Section or any returns received after 10 days shall not be accepted and returned to you, at your expense.
  • A Product purchased from the Website, cannot be Returned/ Exchanged at our store, or any of our Retail Partners.
