Product purchased on SALE will not be eligible for Return.
If you have been delivered the wrong product erroneously, you may return the Product within 10 (ten) days of the date of delivery.
The product will not be eligible for a refund if the product is returned without the price tag labels and original packaging.
THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN UNDER THE BELOW CONDITIONS.
If the Product has been damaged;
If there is a change in quality, quantity or any other characteristic of the Product;
If the Product has been altered;
If the Product has been purchased in a sale;
If the Product has been washed, used, spoilt, or worn
In case a product is received by you in a damaged condition, you shall be required to inform us regarding the receipt of such damaged product within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the product along with photographs of the damage, failing to do so may lead to rejection of your claim
Upon the receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect and notify if the returned Product is approved for a return.
Any returns received, which do not comply with this Section or any returns received after 10 days shall not be accepted and returned to you, at your expense.
A Product purchased from the Website, cannot be Returned/ Exchanged at our store, or any of our Retail Partners.
