Shipping & Return

Returns

We carefully check every product before shipping, but in rare cases, issues can occur. You can request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item. Please send us clear images of the damaged product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery at info@gauriandnainika.com.

  • You receive the wrong product. If the item you get is different from your order confirmation, please email us images within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product was damaged in transit. Please capture photos or a video of the damaged outer packaging before opening the product and email us all details.

You can also call us at +91 92051 70719 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays).

Important:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • If your return is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.

  • It may take up to 20 working days to send the replacement.

  • Replacements will be offered in the same style, subject to stock availability.

  • If we can’t replace the item, we will issue store credit for future purchases.

 

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on sold items.

If you report a quality issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)

  • Store credit (if replacement is not possible)

Store credit will be added to your account and can be used for any future purchase.

 

 

Exchange

Since our garments are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges or returns once your order is confirmed.
Please carefully check our size chart or contact us at +91 92051 70719 for size assistance before placing your order.

Alterations (Made to Measure Orders)

We are happy to help with alterations:

  • For Domestic orders, the customer will cover the shipping cost to our warehouse. We cover shipping back to the customer after alterations.

  • For international orders, both shipping costs will need to be borne by the customer.

 

 

Sale Items

No exchange, no return, no refund, and no alterations are allowed on sale or discounted products.
